What is a link page?
A link page is a type of navigation page that contains a list of links to different sites like Cash App, PayPal, Social Media, websites, shops/schedulers, gift registry, etc... You will be able to determine what links to include on your link page based on your subscription type.
What is a QR Code?
It is a type of barcode that can be scanned by the camera on your customer’s smartphone that will pull up your link page.
What is a NFC Tap Card?
NFC stands for Near Field Communication. NFC cards enable you to share information by tapping a card to an electronic device.
How long will it take to get my QR code?
We ask that you allow up to 3 days to receive your QR code/link page. Most times it will be received before the 3 day window is up.
How will I receive my QR code?
You will receive it electronically, either via email or a download link.
How would I remove/replace information on my profile/link page?
Basic & Business Plan Subscribers are allowed a maximum of 5 changes to your link page per year. Elite Plan Subscribers are allowed a maximum of 12 changes to your link page per year. Simply submit a contact us form.
How can I protect my bank account while using mobile payment services?
Quick Tip LLC does not collect any banking information and has no liability for loss nor protection. However, we recommend you link your mobile payment services to a secondary bank account. Exercise caution when sharing your financial information.
If I have difficulty submitting information for my profile/link page, how can I get help?
Please make sure you are gathering the appropriate profile cash tag/username from the app on your smartphone and not from the desktop version. You can always submit a “contact us” form and we will reach out to you within 48 hours.
Do I have to upload a picture of myself?
No, but we do recommend you do as another form of verification for your customers.
What is the difference between the Event QR code and the other subscriptions?
Event QR codes are activated for a 6 month block of time. The difference is the individual/business QR codes are renewable annually or on a month to month basis.
